Two quotes inspired this piece today…
Within your heart keep one still, secret spot where dreams may go, and sheltered, so they may thrive and grow..
Where doubt and fear are not. Oh, keep a place within your heart, for little dreams to go.
~Louise Driscoll
and
The most valuable possession you can own is an open heart.
~Carlos Santana
My love,
Take care of your dreams, and then let them fly, follow your heart. It’s scary to live with an open heart, to be vulnerable with our desires, to let them out into the world, but you can do it.
Not everyone will like them like we do, not every one will respond with love, not everyone will say “yeah!” And it will hurt, but we MUST stay open to dreaming and living with passion. It will only hurt us more in the long run if we don’t.
Your heart will show you the way.

Your art is absolutely stunning and so moving. Do you have tips for printing the collage papers? What are the best supplies, printer, paper, ink/toner to use so that the image won’t smear When using matte medium.?
Wendy,
I print everyday on an HP inkjet printer on regular copy paper with no smear as you can see in the videos. I believe that the difference is the medium that you use to put everything down. Liquitex matte medium, Golden Matte medium or Deco Art Media Matte medium. These are fluid, light and requires little brush work. If I do happen to start to get some smear. I will quickly spray my papers and/or surface with Krylon fixatif. Hope this helps. Thanks for sharing the journey
