We are so critical of ourselves… I know I am….   It’s a struggle some days to be ok in my skin…. I have my inner critic that tells me lies and I have to talk myself through…  The video above is so powerful because I watched women who were beautiful not only on the outside, but the inside too…describe themselves in light of there insecurities and the voices that each of us carry telling us that we are not enough and not beautiful…, we see ourselves so differently than other do.  I want to remind you (and me) that we all are amazing, brilliant, funny, creative, kind, smart, imperfect, open, vulnerable, BEAUTIFUL SOULS… YOU ARE ENOUGH!… Take some time to quiet the critics…find those in your life that encourage you and can reflect back to you just how amazing you are!
