I can believe that this is the last one!!!  Not only am I excited about Michelle and Jessica’s book and all the wonderful success swirling around it, but I am so thankful that I got to participate in the Journey of the last 8 or so weeks.  Michelle and Jessica are just the most encouraging people and if you don’t have the book yet go get it!  So without further adieu…..

Trust…. a letter to myself, or maybe you.

Dear Shawn, (you can put your name here)

Do you trust me? I’m mean do you reeaally trust me?….

Who knows you better than me, right?  I mean, I’ve been there with you in the hurt and the betrayal, I have held you when you hurt so badly that you couldn’t get out of bed. I walked with you when you worked your way out of some very difficult situations.  I reminded you to take care of yourself and rest when you were overwhelmed.  I sang with you and high fived you in celebration when you achieved your goals.  I sat in awe with you as you held your brand new babies and said thankful prayers with you in unspeakable gratitude.

So… do you trust me?

Then I need to tell you something…. you can do this!…. YOU can make your dreams happen. I know how scared you are, But I also know how incredibly strong and brave you are.  Did I not just remind you of all the things you have been through….. and you’re still standing, fighting and dreaming! You are one tough cookie! Yes you are!

I believe in you, and allll that you want to do.  Now, I’m asking you to trust yourself, trust the voice that tells you to go for it, trust you abilities,…. you are talented, you know what your doing.  Trust your creativeness, to figure it out.  Trust your heart,…. and the compassion and love that flows from it. Trust your uniqueness, because that’s what the world wants. Trust your crazy beautiful brain to give you the knowledge to take you to where you want to go. Please, Please just trust yourself.

So do you trust me?…. Then let’s do this!
