This piece is part of a new series. Others in the series are here already in the shop. I’m loving the feeling of this new collection and have 4 more in process. 10×6 Faith has layers and layers of paper, pen, ink, charcoal and acrylic. The print and print on wood are available in my online shop. The prints you can frame to fit your style and color scheme. The print on wood looks so close to the original. I take the print and adhere it to the 3/4″ wood with care. The sides and back are painted black and I sign it and authenticate it on the back. You can see the pictures of the sides and back when you purchase.

Hello there! I’m Shawn Petite

I’ve been teaching and creating for well over 30 years. About 15 years ago I found my art soul mate in mixed media, and it changed my life! I love the story that can be told by combining paint, texture, ink, paper and—really anything that you can imagine.

But what I’m truly passionate about is being your guide, walking with you step by step and helping you become your own hero in your creative journey.

Along my path, I’ve learned that the creating art also creates a healing space. Life can be messy and complicated and painful, but something about a paint brush can help heal your soul.
