It has been a whirl wind of a couple of weeks! So this weeks video is short and sweet.

Open your heart your whole heart and love. It’s vulnerable but worth it. To often in my life I closed myself off from Love… from vulnerability because I was fearful of being hurt. And while there is no guarantee that you wont be hurt, you also risk not getting to experience the beautiful intimacy of sharing love. With that said, it doesn’t mean that we are careless with our soft and gentle hearts. Finding others who are open, soft and vulnerable is the key. It might take time to find those in life that are on that same path, but it will happen if we search for it.
