Be your authentic self…… be real…… there are so many people, out there trying to be something that their not. The most attractive, interesting people are those that are comfortable in their own skin. You know them when you meet them…. they immediately make you feel comfortable too. They are confident but not prideful or egocentric. They have come to love all the good and the not so good that makes up who they are. They are ever learning and growing…. wanting to understand themselves and others better.

This is my daily quest to be more and more ok with who I am.  It is also my quest to allow others to do the same, to provide a space where we ALL can be real… vulnerable … honest.

Thank you for allowing me to be vulnerable here it this space, in my videos. I am honored to have so many around me who lift me up daily and encourage me, to keep loving… to keep inspiring others…. to keep encouraging others.

We are all light and dark, and we need to love all of our parts… and find others who are on the same quest. This week…. love yourself… be authentic…. be real…. because by doing that, you give others the permission to do the same.
