Transformed: to undergo a change in form, appearance, or character; become transformed.

I am under going change all the time…. always learning, always growing. I will be this way until I go to my forever home. Change is hard and it takes work to look at what needs work, to change a habit or thought process. To have a different perspective. Transforming is uncomfortable, the familiar is easy….

I am a creature of habit in so many ways. I go the same way to the gym or stores. I wear the same black t shirt and jeans. I have a schedule that I do certain things on certain days…. Schedules are good, habits are good, routine is good unless it keeps you stuck. And I have been stuck many, many times! I have  “on purpose” changed things up to clear the cobwebs, to shake things up, to get a new perspective and it is scary and unknown. But so so good. The hardest transformation is the transformation of the soul. Transforming hurt, bitterness, hatred or a multitude of other soul emotions is deep and real and painful and brilliant and good. Letting go of those things that we have hung onto for so long can be terrifying and freedom all at the same time, but it needs to happen. It needs to happen for our health, our mind and our relationships. Be tranformed…. NO… be always transforming …. always be watching for what you can let go of….

Oh Lord may I be transforming daily!
