Supplies: 8×8 mdf board, matte medium, scrapbook paper, vintage papers, Stencils: number stencil from Donna Downey, number stencil by tcw, doillie stencil from americana, and other random stencils, needle point plastic round, gesso, white americana paint, vanilla americana paint, sea breeze american paint, black and white paint pen, letter stamps and black archival ink stamp pad.

Great Sunday Inspiration ! It is funny because I have been trying to “find” my word for the year and kept coming up with “fearless”…but I think fearless can mean you have gotten through the fear. I am still fearful and I have to ask God everyday to help me. So, I think my word will be “Courage” It gives me more room to get to fearless.

Wow this piece speaks to me today. I needed inspiration today. This quote speaks to me. I will be doing an art journal page with it. Love the collaged wing, great idea, I will be using this technique in the future in many projects. I love butterflies, and wings. I can’t draw, but I could use stamps and stencils and dies. That means pulling out stuff and playing, I need an art play day this weekend, had a very frustrating week. Yes, courage is doing things scared to death, when I am anxious I tell myself to just breathe, just breathe, and I say out loud “I believe”, “I believe” and I keep praying until I get through it. Thank you for sharing this awesome art piece, and for the creative inspiration, and the uplifting, loving encouraging words. I needed this today, I feel much better now, less stressed and frustrated and more relaxed and that I can handle this and never give up. This weekend there will be play days of art!
