This week as I was reading I was touched by a passage from the book “A daybook of Comfort and Joy” by Sarah Ban Breathnach
Sarah wrote about how the ordinary things become Sacred, the little things are divine and holy. How we say hello, or help a neighbor, offer forgiveness, care for a parent or tuck our kids in at night are the things that make the difference in the lives around us, in our communities and more. This is a simple reminder that those small acts of kindness and love MATTER. That even though they usually go unnoticed and we don’t expect anything from them…. they are SACRED.
