“Finding the Divine”
One of the reasons I love working with fluid acrylics is that they are so versatile and can be made to look like water color without losing the vibrancy of the color and love all the vintage papers on this page and how it tells the story.
I’m also excited about the new face stencils, I hope you check them out.
As I journey through this season of my life and battle against the “blahs” I am searching for the divine, the holy, the sacred and seeing the miracles in everyday.
Supplies used: Canson 9×12 mixed media journal, Deco Art media fluid acrylics (Cobalt blue hue, Tranparent yellow iron oxide, Quinacridone violet, Diarylide yellow, Titanium white, carbon black, cobalt turquoise hue, quinacridone magenta), Deco art media matte medium, vintage papers,
Stencils used: Faces 1 and grunge font
Hi dear Shawn,
Oh this is wonderful! I know what my next purchase will be….haha. Love your new face stencil. It’s so expressive, soulful and meditative. She’s standing back, taking time, being still and receptive. It reminds me to stop and to be still and to allow Him in.
Thank you as always.
Wishing you a Happy Easter
