Dyeing paper with acrylic

‘Use your voice” journal page

I decided to dye my papers with acrylic ink in sepia. I knew I wanted to have that tea dyed look without having to boil some tea, so I used acrylic ink in a sepia tone. The papers turned out so yummy!

I also started working on unprimed paper with the acrylic ink too, such a vintage look I achieved. In fact, I did a lot of things different on the page.

Supplies Used: Canson 9×12 journal, Daler& Rowney acrylic artist ink in sepia, Golden high flow in gold, Deco art media fluid acrylic ( carbon black, quinacridone magenta, cadmium red, cobalt turquoise hue, titan buff) matte medium, sponge and bucket to dye papers, alcohol to lift paint, black gel pen, krylon fixative, charcoal pencil, black soft pastel

Stencils used: old world minis, geo flower, mini doodle masks
