Intuitive painting
Today’s art journal page was all about freedom and letting go. Some of our best creative ideas happen when we let go of expectations of what something should be. To intuitively place paint, marks, and scratches in a place that feels good. Painting intuitively means to be in the moment and wait and watch for what your creation tells you, what direction and delights happen as we let go and just create.

Love the layers ! Looking forward to your journal cover idea. I have a couple journals that need covers and I’m at a stand still with what to do. I don’t want too much bulk to it as my journals have enough already 🙂 LOL Thank you again !
The joy you have certainly came through, Shawn!! Lovely pages! I’m so looking forward to seeing how your journal cover comes to life!! Bless you!!
