I purchased a 60 set of Arteza acrylic paints and wanted to try them out on this project. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality compared to the price, so I will be getting more!
I also share how I work through fear every day, how I calm my anxiety and have grown my courage muscles. We can still be afraid, hesitant and unsure and walk forward through the fear and create the art, life, and relationships we want. Sometimes you just have to do it afraid!
Supplies used:
12×12 mdf board, fluid matte medium, vintage papers, soft black pastel
Ateeza acrylic paint (cochineal red, magenta light, raw sienna, yellow ochre, titanium white, Bordeaux red, cerelean blue, prussion blue, van dyke brown, deep yellow, burnt umber, mars black, sangria red, olive green)
Stencils used: pattern 5, pattern 6
Be inspired, create and know that you are loved!

Shawn, Oh my gosh… seriously !! I have never watched a tutorial before. Because I love your style I thought I would watch it. Not only do I love your art, I had no idea that I would identify with the fear, panic and anxiety that I face every day. I am not alone. 😄 And I love the way you teach and encourage your followers. Thank you for sharing your story and secrets to beautiful artwork…♥️ Terry
