Hi and welcome to another creative team post!! I’m super excited and honored to be able to share what I’ve created in my art journal with you all again.

To start off I sprayed through one of Shawn’s flower stencils using a green and blue spray inks then I collaged on some scraps of paper and tissue paper to create some texture.

After drying the page I added a variety of green, blue and yellow paints using a damp paintbrush all over the page before that was dry I used a paper towel to pick up some color through Shawn’s flower stencil and doodle mask then I scraped some patterns into the paint using a palette knife.

Once everything was dry I used a makeup sponge with black paint to stencil in some designs using the flower and the in the garden stencil I also added the word flourish in the top left-hand corner.

I finished off the page by drawing in the details of the flowers and leaves using a calligraphy pen with gold ink, adding white, black and gold splashes, then I added some highlights with my uniball signo white gel pen.

It was a bit of a rollercoaster ride creating this page but I still had loads of fun creating this art journal page and I love how it turned out.
