I love using my stencils as a guide, it allows me to create quick and not think too hard. It also helps me get the right perspective when creating. This piece was super simple and yet the colors really make is dramatic.

I never understood the anticipation for spring until I moved to the Northeast. Everyone, Including me, gets a little antsy about this time of year. I can feel the change happening, the letting go of winter and small signs of spring coming. We have a ways to go to get to summer but spring brings motivation and energy and a renewed sense of adventure.

If you are in the winter of your life, just know that it won’t last forever and winter serves a purpose, it prepares the ground for blooms, gives space to the soul to search and ponder. It allows us time to get perspective so that when spring does arrive we are ready for the adventure. My friend your new beginning is just waiting for you!
