When I’m art journaling I’m always trying to fit in some collage, don’t know why….I just love collage…
I started this piece with several acrylics. Then I did the mandala on top with modeling paste and some Primary Elements to break the white color. Then I used some great stamps for the background. I found some nice flowers in a magazine to collage on top of the background and blend them into the background with black gesso and some other acrylics. In my stash I had some nice mandala stamps and together with the splatters and the colored feathers it became this dream catcher.

Funny facts:
I like to get in touch with the paper I’m working on. So I touch the paper before I start and feel the texture of it.
When I’m supposed to iron, I end up with my hands covered with paint. Cause you know they’re both in the same room.
