I love Fall!  It is my favorite time of year.  The colors are so bright, beautiful, and warm and I love to decorate my home for fall.  I live in Pennsylvania and watching the leaves change is a beautiful process. I’m blessed to be able to enjoy this every year.  Also in the Fall, the days get shorter while darkness creeps in earlier. When my three boys were little ones and the days got shorter, it became a much-needed relief for me.  I could get them in the house and bathed and to bed earlier. Hehehe. Then I could curl up on the couch with a soft, warm blanket in front of the fireplace and relax. Even now that boys are all teenagers it just feels so good. 

When Shawn’s fall stencils came out I was so excited about the farmhouse truck.  I’ve been seeing these trucks being painted everywhere. They are very trendy these days.  I couldn’t wait to use it. I also love sunflowers and by pairing the beautiful yellow/orange sunflowers and the vintage red truck together it was a perfect combination and a perfect painted scene to add to the warmth of my home.
