
Have I ever told you I love paper and collage! LOL…
The process of layering papers and watching it come together is so soothing to me.
I also love creating my own collage papers.
I knew I wanted specific colors and after going through my stash and not finding the right ones… I printed out some wonderful vintage papers and went to town.
The inspiration for today’s piece came as a surprise, when I least expected it the words and the meaning came pouring out.

Supplies used:
11×14 mdf board, Liquitex matte gel, Liquitex fluid matte medium, Deco art fluid acrylic in prussion blue, Golden fluid acrylic in Paynes gray, Americana acrylic (sand gray, sugared peach), Arteza acrylic craft paint ( yellow ochre, cocoa brown, van dyke brown, dark teal, jade green, olive green) Lukas acrylic (carmel, raw umber) Amsterdam in black, graphite stick, soft pastels, krylon fixative and sealer, charcoal pencil, tissue paper, square palette knife, vintage papers
