I so enjoyed using Shawn Petites Dictionary Page 8 x 10 Stencil. It had the words we need to be reminded of beauty, journey, courage, and joy.


I stenciled this on a delicate sheet of rice paper from Japan. Using a light touch of yellow and white acrylic paint gave it the softness I wanted.

We can soften hearts by being kind to ourselves. Allow yourself to breathe and take time for yourself.
