I love Texture!
I love creating art that calls out to be touched. A few years ago, I was blessed to take a trip to Florence Italy. I was captivated by the old patina doors. I took dozens of pictures of every door I could find. All the beautiful old cracked paint scratches and the weathered doors provided me with so much inspiration for my art.
This mixed media project is inspired by all those old doors. I use Shawn’s beautiful stencils and lots of art pastes to create beautiful texture. I added color and finally, I found the perfect poem to finish off this project.
