Today I’m continuing my quest to redo old paintings. Today’s project looks nothing like it did when I started. I love the deep rich colors and all the depth from the old layers.
I kept some of the things that I loved from the original layers and decided to create a new story with the new layers.
My inspiration came from one of my oldest inspirational quote books. “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” -Maria Robinson
That’s what I’ve tried to do most of my life. Make the ending better than the beginning. Many of us don’t start with the best of stories… but we get a choice at how we walk the path of our life and make a beautiful (or better) ending.
I’ll share more about my inspiration and the process in the video. Have fun watching and always know that you are loved!
