In today’s video I’m finishing the last page in my journal. My last page in my journal is always special to me. It allows me to express all that the year held and how I traveled through it.
I get to remember, celebrate, grieve and everything in between. It helps me document a year of my life. And to start to think about what I want to see in the new year.
Our journals are such a safe place and a place where we can let go, get quiet and just be ourselves.
I hope you have your own journal and time to be let yourself just be.
Enjoy the video and how this all came together. And always know that you are loved!
