I love it when things come together for a project with serendipity. I read Morgan Harper Nichols’s poem this week during my quiet time and journaled about it. I kept thinking about it and what it meant to me.
Then as I was thinking about what I would create for Sunday, I started cleaning up the mess on my table and found a whole stack of collage papers that looked like they would all go together, I must have pulled them for something else a while ago, but they were soft, beautiful and thought-provoking.
It was then that I put the two things together. These papers and my journaling time. It was a message for me.
Morgan Harper Nichols writes in her book “All along you were blooming”
“And she knows in her soul when it comes to her worth. It does not make her weak, for needing to be reminded of this truth: This is all part of being guided, Right where she needs to be, being lifted to the light, that her heart forever needs.”
I’ll share more about the project and the meaning. I hope you enjoy the process and I pray that you are lifted to the light and that you always know that you are loved.
