One of the best ways to grow as an artist and to find your voice is through play and that is the purpose of this challenge.
Giving ourselves limitations also helps create new ideas and gives us the courage to start. And starting can be one of the hardest things to do.
My favorite quote “Show up… Make a mess… Repeat”
My goal for the color and collage challenge is to let go of perfection and just play. That’s why I’ve been using one side of my journal to record what I learned in my playtime during the challenge… and what I like or what I would like to change the next time.
And to be honest, every time we create… it teaches us something.
So I hope you’ll join me with this year’s challenge. The sheet are available to download in the free subscriber library along with the supplies list and video so that you can come back to it any time and play.
Enjoy the process this week and have fun just playing! And always know that you are loved.
