In today’s project, I had a few ideas … but really what I needed to do was to let go and get some things out.
I’d written in my journal things I was afraid to say out loud… and I wanted to express those things in this piece. So I let go and made a mess… played and got it out.
I just did the next right thing, whatever that felt like in the moment. Not thinking about the end result but allowing myself to just make a mess.
It felt so good!
I share more about the process and thought behind this in the video. Have fun watching this come together. And always know that you are loved!
