Today, I’m sharing the types of journals I use and why. I have about 10 journals going at one time. Each one has a purpose. Some I finish right away, and some have taken up to 6ish years to complete.
But one thing they all have in common is that they are a safe place to explore everything… like feelings, life, grief, joy, ideas and to practice anything.
My journals are a document of my journey, of my life and of my creative growth.
Then I’ll share a 10 minute practice session that happens often in my journals.
I hope you enjoy the ideas and process and always know that you are loved!
