I was standing at my table cleaning up from some projects I was working on and putting away some collage paper, when a piece of paper fell out of it’s bin and oh, my, was it gorgeous… layered with lots of paint and I remembered creating it.
I have so many papers… that I forget all the yumminess hidden away. I started going through bin after bin of papers, feeling like a kid in a candy store! By the way… I LOVE paper! I knew I wanted to just play and have fun with them.
Then I realized I get this question asked all the time…”What do I do with all this paper”? Well, today I’m going to show you. We’re going to use all those glorious papers like paint and create a fun, playful mixed media abstract. Nothing complicated about it… just playing like when I was a child. The process was so freeing.
So get out your papers and play along with me.
Have fun and always know that YOU are loved!
