We are having some fun today…. well, anytime we create is a good day!

I’m sharing all the watercolors I’ve tried and what I settled on. I had a plan to have a small color palette….LOL!! That’s just not me!

I swatched and swatched every single color I had and also tried something new to me in watercolors.

Of course I ooohed and awwed over all the colors. I didn’t keep them all, compared to how many watercolors I have. I did a good job narrowing down the colors I want to use.

I’ll share the brands, the palettes I use, and the brushes that work for how I want to use my watercolors.

Then we get to work with experiments…. simple but oh, so fun! Creating some beautiful collage papers.

Then put it all together in this journal page that is made entirely from collage paper.

I had so much fun, and that is the point of our creative time.

My journal words are “Listening to my heart.” That’s the best advice I’ve ever gotten. …. Do what makes you happy. It doesn’t matter if that changes from day to day. Just do what makes you smile!
