This week I was back on the road…. and I think I lost my mind when I packed my supplies… You will see in the video.

Supplies used: Modge podge (which is not my favorite but it’s what I had) Inktense pencils, cream, yellow and island blue Americana paints. scraps from Daphnes Diary Magazine. Mixed media paper. and Flower gang stencil 1 and 2 and leaf it stencil. Charcoal pencil. Once I got home I sprayed it with a fixatif and sealed.

Ok Now! The winner of the flower trio that I posted on Friday. I went searching for words or for this piece and asked you to help. I got sooo many great ideas from all platforms that I couldnt decide sooooo. I’m going to make it free to EVERYONE. One with a word and one without. So you can put your own word or phrase on it.

I’ve been teaching and creating for well over 30 years. About 15 years ago I found my art soul mate in mixed media, and it changed my life! I love the story that can be told by combining paint, texture, ink, paper and—really anything that you can imagine.

But what I’m truly passionate about is being your guide, walking with you step by step and helping you become your own hero in your creative journey.

Along my path, I’ve learned that the creating art also creates a healing space. Life can be messy and complicated and painful, but something about a paint brush can help heal your soul.
