They say that laughter is the best medicine. I really believe that. It is proven that laughter lowers blood pressure. When was the last time you laughed so hard you cried? Or smiled so much your face hurt? I love those times. My girlfriends and I will get together and just howl. We eat, drink and laugh alot, we share life and just be. We solve the worlds problems with a smile on our face.

Play time in our lives is so important. Important to our health, our hearts our spirits and minds.  As adults we tend to lose that quest for play and laughter and it is as adults that we need it so much more.

My friend…. grab your significant other, your bff, your kids or whomever and dance in the rain, giggle, laugh till you pee and just breathe.
