This piece came together from my journey the past few months of the blahs and the point where I started telling myself what was true. It’s so easy to believe the lies about ourselves and our situation. But the truth is harder to find.

The truth is YOU are amazing, smart, beautiful, creative, strong and funny. YOU are strong enough to get through what ever is thrown at you, YOU can do great things, YOU can love, YOU can forgive and heal… Oh the beautiful truths.

Now take it all in, breathe in the truth, feel it and believe it. Walk into the truth and share it with others. YOU are loved!

Supplies Used: 12×12 mdf board, matte medium, vintage papers, Golden High flow acrylics (permanent violet dark, quinacridone magenta, teal, indigo, gold) Deco art media fluid acrylic, (titanium white, quin magenta, sap green,) Heavier body paint hookers green, carbon black, quin magenta, cadmium red light, naples yellow hue. Brayer, parchment papers, charcoal pencil

Stencils used: magnolia, flower gang 5, wildflower, eucalyptus branch, geo leaves, flower gang, vases large

Collage papers used: ledgers and collage pak 3-12
