She is strong and gentle….

I just love how this turned out! I love how all of the layers peek through and that the background is scratchy and grungy. All of the elements have such meaning to the strong and gentle part of this lovely lady.

Supplies Used: Canson 9×12 mixed media journal, deco art media matte medium, a variety of fluid and medium body acrylic, paper scraps from the stash, Catalyst statula 30 B-01, Charcoal pencil, soft pastel in black.

Stencils used: Faces side view, feathers

    This is amazing !! I love how all the layers come together . The more and more I watch your videos the more confident I’m becoming to keep layering and adding texture and color . I just decided I want a face stencil , I need help (and practice ) positioning features . Thank again for a great video, very inspiring !
