First I’d like to thank Shawn Petite for allowing me to be part of the 2020 creative team. It has been a true JOY to work alongside her and all the wonderfully creative artists this year. Again thank you so much for the chance and all the stencils! And also thanks to April for all your help with everything.


This happy little piece is using vibrant alcohol inks on canvas. I go over how to prime the canvas with Kilz2 primer to seal it for the inks. I got to use a couple of Shawn’s summer stencils. JOY is the theme! I also added the fruits of the spirit in black ink with a fine tip applicator. Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Gentleness, and Self Control.
