I’ve fallen in love with this piece! I had so much fun creating it and that was the whole point.
This week my inspiration came from another book that I’m reading “Exponential Living” by Sheri Riley.
It was just a few simple words that seeped into my soul. Well, it was actually the title of the chapter – “Happy is a choice, Joy is a lifestyle”….
Sheri says…. “One of the most liberating discoveries you can make is that happiness is a choice. Each and every one of us (unless we are chemically handicapped in some way, such as by addiction or mood disorder) has the power to make the choice to be happy on a daily, hourly, minute by minute basis.” Sheri shares how peace is the key.
I knew I wanted that to be my inspiration and went round and round to figure out what to create to express it.
I finally stopped and asked myself… “what would make you happy right now Shawn”… and well… this is what happened.
I share more about it in the video. Have fun watching!
