Finding inspiration happens when you just show up to create.
That’s what happened to me this week.
I had nothing left in the tank and the thought of finding inspiration felt daunting, but I showed up anyway.
I showed up without an idea, but creating something is better than nothing because almost always in the process of putting paint down, making papers, or trying new supplies a spark happens.
It’s usually the most random things that lead to some of the most joy when creating.
So this week I just turned on the camera and let you watch me fumble, splatter, experiment until it happened,….. you know that moment when that color next to that other color makes your heart skip a beat!
Or that pattern or brush strokes show you something….. or you find that random paper that leads to the next layer…. which led to this art journal page
None of that can happen unless we show up…. I share more about my process in the video
