Hello art friends! Today I’m sharing an art journal layout in my 8 x 8″ Arteza Art Journal.
Who out there is tired of all the drama from this past year with Covid, politics, and all the negative news stories? If we focus on those things too much it can really begin to wear us down mentally. Sometimes we don’t even realize how big an effect it has on us. I can’t really get away from some of it because I’m a nurse full-time. There are days I have to just turn it all off and recharge myself. I have to find/remember the little things that bring me joy. And after being sick for 3 weeks and feeling totally uninspired it was an extremely joyful art session to create this page.
So I want to remind YOU that you have to take that time for yourself, away from all the drama to just breathe and find some joy in the little things. Find just a little time that’s all yours to do something that brings you joy this week! Big Hugs from Texas! Melisa
