Hello art friends! Today I’m sharing an art journal layout in my 8 1/4″ x 8 1/4″
Arteza art journal. After I finished the layout I started thinking about
what was going on in my life that week.
Lots of work drama and sometimes my first response is an emotional one and not always the best response. But as I have gotten older and started a journey of trying to
understand myself better I have learned to remind myself to take a deep breath and consider how my thoughts are affecting what happens.
I reminded myself that in the particular situation that week, I needed to “adjust my thoughts”. This layout has a lot of layers in the background. I used 7 stencils and 1 collage pack. I hope you’re inspired!
