There is so much meaning in this journal page and it came when I just needed to think clearly, to just get it all out. You know that feeling right?

Our journals are such an amazing space to just process.

Every. single. thing. on this page has meaning.

The gold represent that beautiful place of rest. The book pages in the background represent, how every season I try to figure out how to slow down when things get out of control.

The colors (or lack there of) symbolizes that is seems like it should be black and white on how to accomplish some stillness in the busy seasons.

The hash marks and numbers represents how many times I’ve tried and will continue trying to rest.

Our journal pages are a document of our lives, our journeys, our story.

I hope that you will take some time this week to document yours.
