I had no idea what I would create for this Sunday. In fact I had actually forgotten that I needed to get it done!
The list right now is long, of the things I need to do and add on the hustle and bustle of the holidays…. I feel a little crazed right now.
But, I showed up. I didn’t know if I would finish this or how far I would get before I would be pulled away to get the next thing on the list done.
However…. I got lost… lost in this piece… lost in the process and suddenly all the things that were clamoring for my attention went away. My breath slowed and I found space for peace.
I take you on the journey this week, starting with searching for colors, paints, paper and then just started flinging paint. I’ll share all about it in the video.
I hope that even if it’s just a minute… that you can get lost in the joy of the paint.. but you have to show up :)… I hope you enjoy the project and always know that you are loved.
