My inspiration this week has come from a new book that I have on Monet’s work.
And my curiosity is about his flowers. I studied the brush strokes and wanted to go on an adventure and take some risks with his style.
I also was reminded this week about my adventure journey and my word for the year.
I wrote in my journal at the beginning of the year the definition of adventure (adventurous) And it comes from Latin: meaning – “about to happen”. An adventure always has an element of the unknown. Being adventurous means you’re willing to go where you haven’t been before and do things you’ve never done, even if you don’t know how it’s going to turn out.
This is the goal of my art and my personal life. To be willing to experience the unkown. I’ll share more about this journey in the video and the fun of creating this project.
