In today’s project I was inspired by my morning pages journaling time. In a box this week, I came across an old journal of mine from many years ago and read a few lines from it…..I wrote that I wanted to live an extravagant life. Not filled with monetary things.. but joy, love, wonder and to extravagantly shower others with grace. I really had a time of reflection… in that moment.
So back to my writing that morning, I always refer to an inspirational book to find new encouragement …when I found These words from Jessica Swift’s book Radiant Rainbows.
Titled: Audacity
“May you dare to follow your heart and your own inner voice at all costs. May you willingly take bold risks and chances in service of creating your best among most (extravagant) beautiful life.
May you see fear and pain and courageously move forward in spite of it all. May you follow your values and not be swayed by pressure from others.
May you see good where others see darkness. May you be light when others are heavy. May you create love where there is none.”
I was so encouraged by my words and hers… I knew I wanted to paint it out…and play a little more with my new floral stencils… sooo I gathered my things threw some paint around and thought about the Audacity to have an extravagant life.
I’ll share all about it and the fun process in the video.
Have fun watching!
