Today I had no idea what to create so I decided to just show up and create for the joy of it.
This is also how I go about getting new ideas and techniques that I will then take to a workshop or a new piece of art.
Showing up for our soul and for the time out of real life can do so many things. And as I will always say…. Any time we show up to create we get something. Whether it be joy or ideas…. the simple act of play… with no end result, is the best!
So I got my gel plate out… which is always my go-to when I don’t know what to do… because you never know what you’re gonna get when you do a gel print. So it helps me to completely let go of perfection.
I share my journey to this journal page in the video, along with some encouragement to just come and create with me.
Enjoy the process and always know that you are loved!
